Tralee Golf Club Top 10 Ocean courses in the world. Nearly every hole offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the white sandy beaches below, prompting Palmer to declare, “I designed the first nine but surely God designed the back nine.” Exhilarating golf with cliff top greens and tees offer magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean. The back nine is a world of extraordinarily wild and massive dunes.  Ceann Sibeal -Dingle Located on the Dingle peninsula, Cean Sibeal is one of the greats "This course has everything that St. Andrews has to offer, and more” Christy O'Connor Jnr Each hole on this magnificent links golf course is carved from the natural landscape of one of the most unspoiled parts of Europe, with hazards laid down long before the game of golf was dreamt of, including a winding burn that twists and turns through the entire course. As you play the course at Dingle Golf Club, the whole panorama of the Dingle Peninsula is revealed - hidden bays with small fishing villages, glorious hills and mountains and the Blasket Islands out in the wild Atlantic.
Tour Details Day 1 Wednesday 22nd Sept Depart from USA, sit back and relax for your overnight flight to Shannon Day 2 Thursday 23rd Arriving into Shannon nice and early, after going through the formalities, we will travel along the south west coast onto Tralee and the Grand Hotel. Freshen up, and in the afternoon we will head out to Tralee Golf Club to “loosen up”. A golf clinic will be provided by the local pro to teach you with some tricky links shots. After, you can head out for nine hole to shake off the jet leg! then its back to the sanctuary of the clubhouse, where we will have a welcome reception. Day 3 Friday 24th After a little breakfast we will make our way back out to Tralee for a nice early start! Arnold Palmers first european designed course, this is often rated a favorite amongst visitors. You have already had time to get a little familiar with a few holes from yesterday, so today should be no problem... This evening we may go on a bit of a country pub tour! So many potential great pubs, where you will only find locals and you get to experience a traditional Irish pub or two. Day 4 Saturday 25th There may be a sore head or two this morning, so a full Irish breakfast will set you up for the day! Then we are driving to Dingle to play a round at Ceann Sibeal, one of Irelands hidden treasures. The views out here are spectacular and a fine example of Links golf. Save a little energy for the trip around Slea head and a “mini” pub tour of Dingle Day 5 Sunday 26th As you look back on it, you will be amazed at how much you got into this short trip, but that’s all for now. The coach will bring us back to Shannon to catch our transatlantic flight to the States.
